Quilt in a Year
2008 - Flowers of Virginia |
|
Chair: Susan
Palmer |
|
"This year we are making blocks
each month of the Flowers of Virginia. Each month we will be
using different techniques, such as traditional piecing, paper
piecing, appliqué and ribbon embroidery. We will be creating
blocks of various sizes and then learn sashing methods to bring
them all together into a finished wall-hanging by the end of
the year." |
|
Class
meets at 12 noon before each general meeting. |
